Key Responsibilities

• Clean, stage, and prepare golf carts for daily use
• Wash, charge, and park carts after use
• Maintain cart barn cleanliness and organization
• Set up and maintain the driving range (pick balls, clean, refill, and rotate)
• Collect and clean golf balls using range equipment
• Stock baskets and ensure safe, clean practice facilities
• Assist golfers with bag loading, unloading, and directions
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Golf knowledge is helpful but not required
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods
• Ability to operate small equipment and golf carts safely
